my stay at kasa freemorewest was pretty good! the apartment was super clean and looked just like the photos. it’s close to everything, making it easy to explore. i also appreciated the virtual front desk, which made check-in a breeze. overall, the vibe was nice.
i can’t fully recommend it due to my bad experience with the body wash, which gave me a rash.

Picante Mexican Grill had some tacos that were out of this world, and the Rhino Market and Deli? Perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a busy day. Plus, the apartment was beautifully clean and had all the goodies you'd want for a comfy stay!
Now, here's the kicker, I was itching to clean up, but there wasn’t a vacuum in sight. We made do with a broom, but had to get creative with a piece of paper for the debris. Not a major deal, but it would’ve been nice to have a proper clean-up option!

The unit offered a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. Accessibility features were notable, catering well to my needs. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing for enjoyable home-cooked meals, which made a delightful experience. However, the cleanliness could have been better in some areas, and the check-in experience was somewhat confusing at first.

The mattress was outdated, and I had to mop the floors because they were filthy. There were pubic hairs in the shower, and the hallway smelled musty. Windows were dirty with mildew in the tracks. not what I expected at all. The location was great, though, and the apartment had basic utensils and appliances. I was hoping for a cleaner setup.

My stay at Kasa Freemorewest Charlotte was fantastic! The one-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed, from utensils to cozy bedding. The virtual front desk made check-in a breeze, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the kitchen.
The Wi-Fi in the bedroom was spotty, and I noticed a clog in the kitchen sink.

Perfect spot for families needing space
The apartment was spacious, I mean really spacious. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for us to spread out and just relax. And the kitchen was fully stocked, saved us a ton of money not eating out all the time.
Yeah, I mean it wasn't exactly cheap, but still alright for what we got.

Our 6-night stay was just amazing! We loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoyed the sun terrace, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The only small thing was that the room could've used a vacuum since we had to manage a bit of debris without one, but that didn't put a damper on our time here. 🌞

Comfortable Stay with Just a Few Trade-offs
Enjoyed my 15-night stay in a lovely, spacious one-bedroom apartment. The self-check-in is convenient. Although being a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. However, note the lack of nearby grocery options and consider ordering food for delivery as you need to go down to meet the courier.
